Attire
The attire for the entire meeting is business casual.

The Meeting App
Download the 2023 PQA Annual Meeting app to have up-to-date information at your fingertips.
App Instructions
  1. Download the Cvent Events app from the App Store on iOS devices and the Play Store on Android.
  2. Open the Cvent Events app and enter 2023 PQA Annual Meeting in the search bar.
  3. Click the “Download” button for the 2023 PQA Annual Meeting event and you will be asked to log in to view the event.
  4. Enter your name and the email address used to register for the meeting. A verification code will be sent to your email address (from [email protected]).
  5. Enter the code and you are now logged in to the app.
  6. If you do not receive an email with your verification code, please check your spam and quarantine folders. For additional assistance, please contact [email protected].

Health & Safety
At this point, there are no specific health and safety requirements to participate in the 2023 PQA Annual Meeting. PQA expects all individuals to do their part to monitor their own health symptoms and act in the best interests of caring for themselves and their colleagues. PQA reserves the right to establish health and safety requirements for conference participants and enforce the requirements.

Specifically relating to contagious illnesses such as COVID-19, the attendee acknowledges the highly contagious nature of illnesses such as COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk of exposure or infection by attending the 2023 PQA Annual Meeting and understands that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, disability, and/or death to the attendee. Attendee understands that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by contagious illnesses such as COVID-19 at the 2023 PQA Annual Meeting may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of others who may attend the meeting or their families, colleagues, or others with whom they may have contact.
